Probiotics Are Immune-System Enhancers, Aid Disease Prevention, and Augment Life Extension

A natural source for Probiotics are found in whole unpasteurized dairy products. It is estimated that more than 90% of all known illnesses and disease are due to the disruption of the flora in the gastro-intestinal tract. Probiotics, an important component of the gastro-intestinal tract, come in many strains and serve many health enhancing functions, for example:
  • the DDS-1 strain of L. Acidophilis is capable of modifying serum lipoproteins (blood fat), reducing gut inflammation, reducing cholesterol levels, naturally inhibiting the growth and toxin producing capabilities of more than 20 know disease causing pathogens, and is also capable of neutralizing carcinogenic substances.

  • the probiotic L. Plantorum has been proven to prevent food allergies, regulate gut inflammation, and enhance immunity
    S. Bengmark MD, Lund University, Sweden

  • the B. Longum is known to inhibit the development and growth of colon, liver, and breast cancers in laboratory animals

Dairy Cows Are Meant To Eat Grain

The rumen's (1st of 4 stomachs) pH is ideally above 6. The forage digestion (which is a normal diet for ruminants) microbes prefer a pH above 6. The grain digestion microbes prefer a pH below 6. As you can see the two diets are not compatible. The forage diet produces volatile fatty acids supplying energy for milk production, supplies rumen protein for the cow, and a healthy source of omega-3 fatty acids production along with many other nutrients for the consumer. The natural forage diet also makes for a healthier cow with less metabolic stress, mastitis, disease and reproductive problems. The only disadvantage is less milk volume is produced. The design of the cow has not changed; the diet has changed out of ignorance and greed for high volume production. Cows need fortified pasture and other forages free choice 24/7 to perform and to produce healthy fortified unpasteurized milk for the consumer.

An Acidic Human Body Is A Disease Disaster Waiting To Happen

The acidic body from consuming modern, nutritionally deficient foods, processed foods, pasteurized foods, little or no nutritious dairy foods in the diet, daily stress, and lack of adsorbable Calcium and other minerals sets the body up for premature aging, diseases, and many illnesses that could be avoided, Illness and disease linked to an acid body pH are heart disease, cancer, joint pain, acid reflux, pancreatic illnesses, osteoporosis, gall stones, fatigue, heartburn, kidney stones, premature wrinkles, and poor skin, to mention a few

"pH" (or "potential Hydrogen") is the measure of an acid/alkaline balance in the body. Any environment containing precisely equal amounts of positive (H+) and negative (OH-) ions is a perfect neutral pH balance of 7.2. Any environment less than pH 7 containing a higher number of positive (H+) ions is considered acidic and any environment greater than pH 7 containing a higher number of negative (OH-) ions is considered alkaline.

People are born with a body pH that is naturally balanced with the right amount of acids to serve as catalysts in important chemical digestion and reactions and proper amounts of minerals which alkalizes (buffers) to neutralize the destructive action of excess acid in the body. In this modern day of living with poor absorbable and demineralized food, high stress, and medications which eventually leads to an acidic body. In adequate mineral alkalizers (Sodium, Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium) available in the diet to buffer the acquired low acidic pH the acid body will lose its ability to defend against sickness and disease.

Naturally occurring Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, Sodium fortified unpasteurized milk and other dairy products is an excellent way to provide these natural buffering minerals for blood and tissue alkalizing. Alkalized tissues absorb oxygen more abundantly where as acidic tissues do not; initially creating fatigue and eventually allowing the over taking of the body by fungus, molds, parasites, bad bacteria, viral infection and chronic degenerative disease may result.

After a stressful day, a heavy strenuous workout in sports, running, gym, or at work after ingesting soda, sugar, cigarettes, drugs, starch and caffeine a much needed trace of calcium, magnesium, sodium, and potassium are needed to alkalize the acids accumulating in the blood and tissues to neutralize their harmful effects. It's life and death that this "buffering" take place and if consumption of naturally balanced buffering minerals do not occur frequently enough to deal with the acidity, the body will draw from the bones or wherever to attempt to maintain balance. This is a key and ongoing bone mineral depletion mechanism to compensate and protect the body eventually resulting in osteoporosis. At least 40% of the calcium may be withdrawn from the bones before it is noticed on X-rays and still the bone depleting process may not be supplying enough minerals to carry out proper alkalizing and degenerative disease results along with osteoporosis.

People Cannot Absorb Calcium Found In Cow's Milk

Calcium supplied through proper natural and nutritious cow's diet will enable the cow to produce a calcium lactate that under normal human physiological conditions will be totally absorbed and then converted to calcium bicarbonate in the blood stream in one step which is required for the calcium to then enter the tissues which is the end organ.

Osteoporosis occurs in young people.

Osteoporosis is a disease that effects all ages from young to old. Most recently studies on bone mineral density (BMD) have revealed women in their 20's with (BMD) lower than average. This recent finding is remarkable since osteoporosis was always believed to be a disease of the elderly, but this new scientific evidence is able to document that the disease is not age specific, is progressive, is reversible and easily prevented. It is capable of starting very young with gradual demineralization of bone, progressing until it is of an advanced enough stage to present as a fracture or debilitating bone and/or joint pain, generally not clinical until middle to elderly age. Insufficient daily ingestion of bio-available calcium will trigger the body to release daily minimal required calcium and other minerals from the bone eventually leading to osteopenia.

A normal functioning body is able to digest, assimilate and absorb calcium if available in a natural bio-available form. There are forms of calcium that are not bio-available to the body and therefore even if people are taking calcium supplements or are eating and drinking food that man has added calcium to, they still may be calcium deficient with the resulting osteopenia, sleep deprivation, mood swings, cramps, weak nails, poor quality hair, PMS and poor quality skin to mention a few.

A simple labeling on a bottle or package, calcium added is useless, often the calcium added will not be enough or most important will not be a natural bio-available form that can be readily absorbed by the body.

Nutritious nourished cows yielding milk that has been analyzed for quantity of calcium available will be able to furnish a natural bio-available form of calcium to help in the prevention of osteopenia and the many other degenerative diseases resulting from the lack of adequate calcium absorption daily and throughout life.
