Our certified Organic herd consists of only milking Jerseys on a 100% forage diet that consists of intense grazing and organic, high value grass hay.

This diet gives us 1/3 the production of conventional dairys, however, it gives our milk an exquisit taste not to mention the documented superior nutrition.
