Our certified herd consists of 10 milking Jerseys on a 100% forage diet that consists of intense grazing and organic, high value baleage.

This diet gives us the rolling herd average at 305 days, 19,386 lbs of milk, 5.3% butter fat, 3.8% protein, as well as many other records, not to mention the documented superior nutrition in our milk.
