Grass-Finished Devon Beef

Grass-Fed Beef is an ambiguous term.  If the animal ate grass sometime in it's life, it is technically 'grass-fed'.  It is not a lie, but often what is left out is 'grass-fed along with grain.  This is why we use the terms Grain-Free or Grass-Finished.

A steak from an animal with a heavy grain diet will have an omega ratio of 20:1, whereas a steak from a Grass-Finished animal will have an omega ratio of 1:1.15.

We use heritage Devon beef cattle on a strictly grass and hay diet only.
